Step five:

Duplicate the structure from step four and position as shown below.

Step six:

Make a wide rectangle in marquee selection.

Set your foreground color to #CBCACB and background to #5B5C5C.

Using the gradient tool, in a new layer apply a linear gradient effect on the marquee selection.
