Step seven:

Select the rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 20px.

In a new layer draw a black round rectangle using the rounded rectangle tool. (width: 542 x height: 68)

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Stroke.

Step eight:

Inside the black round rectangle, clone a stock photo inside in a seperate layer.
