Step one:

Start with a white canvas, new layer-set titled Unique Logo.

In a new layer draw a #949494 circle. (Width: 106 & Height: 106)

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Stroke.

Step two:

In a new layer draw a black circle. (Width: 82 & Height: 82)

Cut half of the circle.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Stroke.
