Step one:

Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Futuristic War Logo v4.

In a new layer draw a #3D5A93 circle. (width: 145 x height: 145)

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step two:

In a new layer draw a white circle. Same size from step one. (width: 145 x height: 145)

Add the following layer styles: Stroke.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.
