Step seven:

Duplicate the last circle and position on the opposite side.

Step eight:

In a new layer draw a white circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 16 x height: 16)

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.
