Step seven:

In a new layer draw a black circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 30 x height: 30)

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step eight:

Select the polygon tool and draw a white small polygon facing right. (width: 18 x height: 18)

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.
