Step one:

Start with a white canvas, new layer-set titled Web 2.0 logo.

Select the polygon tool and set the sides to 3 and anti-aliased checked.

In a new layer draw #91D638 polygon facing up.

Add the following layer styles: Stroke.

Step two:

In a new layer add a white polygon on the center, slightly smaller than the green polygon.
