Futuristic Logo: Cell Shaded

Step one:

# Start with a white canvas, new layer-set titled Futuristic Logo.
# In a new layer draw a #A1D5F9 circle.

Step two:

# In a new layer draw a #536E81 circle.

# Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Stroke.

Step three:

# Select custom polygon tool and set the polygon to an arrow.
# In a new layer add a white arrow facing right.
# Cut the bottom half.
# Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow.

Step four:

# Now add the same on the opposite, 2 ways you can do this. You can duplicate layer from step three and create a new layer then merge the duplicate and the new layer together. Another way is by changing layer-styles for angle settings.

Step five:

# Complete the circle with 2 arrow pointing up and down.

Step six:

# In a new layer draw a white circle on the center.
# Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Stroke.

Step seven:

# Add the same arrows on the middle for each side.

Step eight:

# In a new layer draw a #536E81 circle on the center.
# Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Stroke.

Final:

# Futuristic Logo: Cell Shaded.
