Step five:
# In a new layer draw a white circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 40 x height: 40)
# Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
# Set layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Step six:
# In a new layer draw a white circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 25 x height: 25)
# Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
# Set layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Step seven:
# Duplicate the last circle and position on the opposite side.

# Step eight:
# In a new layer draw a white circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 16 x height: 16)
# Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
# Set layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Step nine:
# Duplicate the last circle and position on the opposite side.

Step ten:
# Duplicate two more circle sized of 16×16, position them on the left side of the structure.

Step eleven:
# Add your website name using font felix titling, 36pt, crisp and #6C87BD.
# Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
