Step one:
# Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Futuristic Logo: 007.
# In a new layer draw a #8A0000 circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 133 x height: 133)

Step two:
# In a new layer draw a white circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 100 x height: 100)

Step three:
# Marquee select the entire white circle and cut out the selection on the #8A0000 circle layer.
# Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step four:
# Select the white circle layer from step two.
# Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step five:
# In a new layer draw a #3B0000 circle. (width: 68 x height: 68)
# Add the following layer styles: Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step six:
# In a new layer draw a black circle. (width: 27 x height: 27)
# Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
# Set layer’s blending mode to Lighten.

Step seven:
# In a new layer draw a white circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 58 x height: 58)
# Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
# Set layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Step eight:
# In a new layer draw a small eclipse using the eclipse tool. (width: 11 x height:
# Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Stroke.

Step nine:
# Duplicate small eclipse and set-up as shown below.

Final:
# Futuristic Logo: 007.
